Begins Acoustic is holding another interesting listening session on July 27.
After being charged up by the success of ‘The Hidden Frequency’ event last month (see https://www.av2day.com/2025/06/the-hidden-frequency-event-at-begins-acoustic-this-sunday/ and https://www.av2day.com/2025/06/listening-event-at-begins-acoustic-featuring-audiovector-gryphon-wattson-audio-and-tiglon/), Begins Acoustic is getting more ambitious and will hold a recording of a live performance by EB Duet (comprising Eve Wong and Billy Ho) using a reel-to-reel tape recorder and play back the recording on a demo system. “No edits. No retakes. Just raw, unfiltered emotion — captured in real time. And you’ll be there to witness it.”
The demo system will comprise Lukang Audio Spoey 230 speakers, Gryphon Diablo 333 integrated amp and Tiglon cables.
There will be two sessions — Session 1 (Mandarin): 2pm – 3:30pm, Session 2 (English): 4pm – 5:30pm.
