Hi-FiNews High End Show Munich 2016: Day 2, Part 3 May 15, 2016 Article by WL Low Here are all the brands I wish to see back in our Malaysian market soon! Restek is German amplifier brand, with a strong kick in the bottom end, clear mid range and smooth airy highs Restek also made some Limited Edition stuff for Thorens This shoe box sized Restek mono block is nice and look at the price, not too expensive too! The Restek Editor is pre-amp with high end ambitions. The Epal model looks like an integrated amplifier using the same metal case & interface Acoustic Solid actually has wooden plinth turn tables Another towering high end turn table offering by Acoustic Solid The succesor to the hugely popular Pioneer BDP SC LX-88, coming soon is the LX-89 Bluray player, seen here in satin silver finishing Looks like Pioneer too, is moving back in to hifi! On display are their latest range of integrated amplifier & digital media streamer Pioneer CD Player cum DAB tuner and digital network streamer with built in ripping capabilities? Seen here is Pioneer’s display sample, which I really do hope will be in production soon Octave is an interesting German tube amp manufacturer I’d to see in Malaysian shores Another Octave tube amplifier design The Octave HP 300SE is a tube pre amp Octave phono module, now this I am really keen to see coming to Malaysia!
