Nagra HD vertical power amp is super impressive on the inside!
Now this Nagra electronics, Kronos turn table and Wilson speaker system is the KING of the show! Giant killing sound indeed. It’s got coherence, balanced warm tonality and with all resolution and bass slam one could ask! It played any musical genre with ease and confidence. My MOC 2016 Best sound of show, period!
Zensati cables(king of bling) by Mark Jones, just look at the finishing!
Some have reported that these Zensati cables are just fit for the Siltan of Brunei or some oil rich middle east kingdom Sheikh
Zensati Silenzio cables were demo-ed with a super high end system, fronted by 4 towers of Steinheim Reference Statement speakers costing a very kool 1.2 million Euro currency! The Trafomatic Audio Elysium amps, Tune Audio Amina & Rockna Wavedream made lovely, natural big sounds at MOC 2016. It was playing Nat King Cole & the Star Wars sound track as I sat there, mesmerized by the vocal performance and thrilled by the cinematic dynamics of the John Williams composition. Certainly up there with all the Best Sound of Show at MOC 2016!

Kronos turn table, Absolare tube amps and phono stage with Rockport speakers gave very clean, natural and coherent sound. Best Sound of Show? You bet!
Absolare tube amp’s visual design elements include stitched high quality leather on top and bottom panel, which is very unusual. Kudos to Victor Pheh for bringing this brand to Malaysia. Absolare will be making it’s KLIAV 2016 debut on 22nd July 2016. Mark your calender folks!
The FiiO R7 is to me at least, a first of its kind. A product that merges a player, digital to analogue convertor, preamplifier and headphone amplifier. About a dozen Taiwanese companies are taking part in the coming Kuala Lumpur International AV show to be held on October 27-29 (Friday – Sunday) at The Gardens Hotel, Mid Valley City, Kuala Lumpur.
