CMY Audio & Visual has undergone a consolidation exercise – after expanding its Sungei Wang Plaza outlet (see http://av2day.com/2018/12/cmy-expands-its-showroom-in-sungei-wang-plaza/), it closed its outlet in 1 Utama shopping mall in Petaling Jaya last Friday.
CMY boss John Yew said they will now concentrate their retailing efforts in that part of Petaling Jaya in their outlet in Starling Mall, which is quite close to 1 Utama shopping mall, which has four times the retail space.
He said the CMY outlet in 1 Utama shopping mall was closed following the end its tenancy agreement.
CMY presently has large outlets in Starling, Sungei Wang Plaza and Sunway Pyramid shopping malls. to cater to audiophiles in Kuala Lumpur and the Klang Valley.
