AV Designs will soon be launching the Bryston BDA 3.14 streamer/DAC in its showroom in Boulevard Business Park, Jalan Kepayang, Kuala Lumpur.

The launch event will be held on Dec 19 at 2.30pm.

The BDA 3.14 streamer/DAC is based on the existing BDA-3’s DAC circuitry but adds a list of streaming features. A digital volume control enables it to be used as a preamp.

The streamer/DAC has a built-in music player that can access files stored in a NAS. USB devices and internet radio as well as  streaming services such as Qobuz and Tidal can be connected to it. The BDA 3.14 is also Roon compatible and has four 2-channel HDMI, asynchronous USB, optical and coaxial inputs.

Its BDA-3 DAC circuitry supports PCM files up to 32-bit/384 kHz and DSD files up to DSD 11.2. — By Lam Seng Fatt
