Victor Pheh of HiFi Creations Reference Systems has clinched the deal to be the distributor for Clarisys ribbon speakers in Malaysia.
These speakers, which are based on the old Apogees, made their debut in Malaysia during the Kuala Lumpur International AV Show in 2015, but nothing else was heard about them till August 2022 when a new Malaysian company made an unsuccessful attempt to be the distributor.
Victor said he will be bringing in two models — the Minuet and the Studio Plus.
The Minuet will be in by the end of next month while the Studio Plus will be in around May.
The Clarisys Minuet will be priced at around RM220,000 while the Studio Plus will be at around RM320,000.
