Munich High End Show – the mecca for all audio retailers, jounolist and now, some well heeled audio enthusiasts. It’s now spring in Munich, with a balmy day time weather of around 20 degrees Celsius. The annual event held at the MOC Munich Exhibition & Convention Center, takes up 5 halls of audio exhibitions. Halls 1 & 2 are mostly static display booths with the occasional demo room discreetly built into the booth design scheme.
Halls 3, 4 & 5 are where all the excitement is, where luxury high end and boutique branded audio manufacturers battle it out for the”Best Sound Of Show” and I would try to chip in with my very own “best sound” picks. I hereby start Day 1 with Hall 1 & 2’s exhibits. Enjoy the pictures!

After the Kojo Technology Crystal Ep virtual grounding plugs improved the sound when fixed to the black terminals of my ATC speakers, I tried the third plug with RCA cap on my preamp. I couldn't find any unused RCA input in my streamer/transport, DAC or power amp, so I had to use the tube Lamm LL2 Deluxe preamp for the test.

Kenix Chua of Begins Acoustic gave me the opportunity to try grounding speakers when she handed me three Kojo Technology Crystal Ep virtual grounding plugs on the last day of the Kuala Lumpur International AV Show last weekend. Two of them had spades while the third had an RCA plug. I was told to plug them into the black terminals of the speakers or an unused black RCA jack of the preamp, DAC or streamer.
