YL Audio, which was widely praised for its good-sounding demo system at last year’s Kuala Lumpur International AV Show, has opened a large demo room in Bandar Kinrara, Kuala Lumpur.
In the huge demo room measuring 32 ft X 25 ft, James Chin, the owner of YL Audio, has set up the same system that was played during KLIAVS 2022. It comprises the Lawrence Audio Penguin floorstanding speakers (US$40,000), the Absolare integrated amplifier (US$26,500), Echole Infinity Powercord (US$24,500), Echole Infinity Interconnects (US$30,000) and Echole Infinity Speaker Cables (US$42,500). A Frank Ultra Bank is connected to boost the power supply to the system.
James Chin is still using the iPad Pro as source to stream TIDAL files.
The demo room is a retail lot at Ten Kinrara on Jalan BK 5a/1, Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Kuala Lumpur. There is space for a smaller demo room at the rear of the retail lot and James is planning to set up a smaller system there.
